The GDPD-316M handheld Partial Discharge Detector uses smart quick intelligent power test system (Soft No. 1010215, trademark registration number 14684781). It can flexibly configure various sensors according to different products to be tested. TEV, ultrasonic and HFCT are suitable for partial discharge detection of high-voltage switchgear and ring network cabinet; Ultrasonic and UHF are suitable for detection of insulating status of GIS; Ultrasonic and HFCT are suitable for detection of insulating status of power cable. The built-in expert diagnosis system can analyze the test data and judge the discharge energy and possible parts. It is widely used in electric power and railway.

GDPD-316M Handheld Partial Discharge Detector

 

Types of detection equipment: Applicable to transformer, reactor, ring network cabinet, switch cabinet, GIS high voltage cable, overhead line and other power equipment under different voltage levels of live discharge detection.

 Simple field use, convenient operation, no power outage, no test source.
 Detection function: transient earth voltage detection, UHF detection, HF current detection, built-in non-contact ultrasonic detection, external contact ultrasonic detection, external focused ultrasonic detection, external flexible ultrasonic detection.
 Automatic inspection function: The instrument should have the RFID tag scanning function to achieve the information management of power equipment inspection work.
 The device can carry out internal partial discharge on-line testing on the external surface of the high voltage equipment with its own shell such as dry transformer.
 UHF detection mode and HF current detection mode have the following functions,
 With amplitude detection mode, it can trigger continuously or single trigger collection to test dB value of partial discharge signal.
 With periodic graph detection, display the phase distribution of the signal under simplex frequency period.
 With PRPD, PRPS detection mode, real-time rolling display of the two-dimensional and three-dimensional map of the partial discharge signal.
 The detection bandwidth of UHF signal can be selected in each detection mode, which can be divided into high-pass, low-pass and all-pass.
 Ultrasonic detection mode has the following functions:
 Amplitude detection mode: display the effective value, maximum value and frequency component information of ultrasonic signal.
 Phase pattern: PRPD pattern showing ultrasonic signal.
 Pulse pattern mode, display ultrasonic signal flight pattern.
 Wave pattern mode, display the original waveform signal of ultrasonic signal, can display no less than 10 power frequency cycles of the time domain map display.
 In the above detection mode, continuous and trigger detection can be carried out, the conversion between mV and dB can be carried out, and the amplification multiple can be adjusted.
 The transient earth voltage detection (TEV) mode has the following functions:
 With amplitude detection mode, can be triggered continuously or single trigger collection, test partial discharge signal dB value, with yellow, green, red to indicate the severity of discharge.
 The number and severity of partial discharge pulses can be displayed.
 Over warning value color display.
 Data storage, built-in storage capacity is not less than 8G. The host can save the transient earth voltage (TEV), ultrasonic detection data and spectrum, and the detection data can be uniquely identified by the equipment information of the switch cabinet.
 Headset sound monitoring, can monitor the ultrasonic signal, configure the headset.
 With amplitude map, waveform mode, continuous mode, pulse mode, flight mode, cyclical diagram, phase diagram, waveform diagram, PRPS/PRPD diagram and other analysis methods, which can effectively judge the amplitude, type and severity of partial discharge.
 With a variety of phase synchronization mode, internal synchronization, wireless power synchronization to make the instrument phase and field frequency phase consistent.
 The whole machine has transient earth voltage, air ultrasonic, contact ultrasonic, UHF, HF current, RFID scanning six-in-one intelligent instrument.
 With PRPS, PRPD spectrum intelligent color level function, can clearly identify multi-point discharge signals.
 With yellow, green, red three colors to indicate the severity of discharge function.
 With ultrasonic recording function, ultra-high frequency dynamic PRPS/PRPD spectrum recording function.
 Data communication functions:
 Support WIFI, 4G/3G network and other wireless communication methods.
 The UHF sensor, the HF current sensor and the test host are connected wirelessly.
 The host conducts direct data exchange with the supporting analysis software through the data line.
 Data analysis software function:
 Software is used to collect, query and analyze printing data, and provide a basis for judging the insulation state.
 Software supports the management analysis of TEV, HF current, UHF detection data, ultrasonic value detection data, ultrasonic phase detection data, ultrasonic pulse detection data, ultrasonic detection data.
 With typical diagnostic and fault diagnosis function.
 The main functions of the software include data acquisition, test table generation and download, graph generation, saving graph as graph file and pdf document, graph printing, report generation and printing.
The software data graph can display device number, test time, trigger peak, synchronization mode, and phase offset information.
