In the preventive insulation test of power equipment, it is required to regularly measure the insulation oil parameters of the power equipment. The measurement of insulation oil dielectric loss and resistivity is one of the important aspects. For a long time, the bridge method has been mostly used for measurement, which is cumbersome and the measurement accuracy is affected by many factors, resulting in large measurement errors. With the rapid development of electronic technology and the demand of the power industry for measuring instruments with small size, light weight, convenient operation, fast measurement, and high accuracy, our company has developed a high-precision integrated insulation oil dielectric loss factor and DC resistivity tester in China based on the national standard GB/T5654-2007 "Measurement of relative permittivity, dielectric loss factor, and DC resistivity of liquid insulation materials" and referring to relevant domestic and foreign instruments.

·Fully automatic completion of heating, temperature control, high-speed data sampling, calculation, display, printing, and storage processes;
·The oil cup adopts a three electrode structure in accordance with the national standard GB/T5654-2007, with a spacing of 2mm between the electrodes, which can eliminate the influence of stray capacitance and leakage current on the dielectric loss test results;
·Adopting medium frequency induction heating, this heating method has the advantages of non-contact between the oil cup and the heating element, uniform heating, fast speed, and convenient control, ensuring that the temperature is strictly controlled within the preset temperature error range.
·It contains a standard capacitor, whose dielectric loss and capacitance are not affected by environmental temperature, humidity, etc., ensuring the accuracy of the instrument even after long-term use;
·Large screen color touch screen, convenient human-machine dialogue, simple and clear operation, and clear at a glance;
·With warm reminders such as opening the cover to cut off high voltage and short circuit of high and low voltage electrodes in the oil cup, it eliminates safety hazards and ensures the personal safety of operators and the normal operation of equipment;
·Equipped with a real-time clock, the test date and time can be saved, displayed, and printed with the test results;
·Automatically store measurement data, capable of storing 100 sets of measurement data, with fast thermal printing speed;
·Equipped with empty electrode cup calibration function;
·Automatically save calibration data for more accurate calculation of relative permittivity and DC resistivity;
·This product has an automatic oil drain cup structure, which allows for refueling testing or cleaning without removing the oil cup. After testing, the oil sample can be automatically discharged.
